Qualifications
Prior AP processing experienceHS DiplomaProficient in MS ExcelJOB RESPONSIBILITIESInvoice processing: Receive invoices, verify their authenticity, approve them, and settle the paymentReconciling accounts: Ensure accounts are accurate and reconciledMaintaining vendor relationships: Build trust with vendors to help with situations like needing supplies or delaying a due dateManaging cash flow: Ensure compliance with payment terms and financial regulationsAnalyzing accounts: Analyze accounts on a regular basis to ensure payment accuracyCollaborating with other departments: Work with other departments to perform accounting auditsResearching and approving new vendors: Research and approve new vendors and create new vendor accounts
