Beacon Hill is actively seeking an experienced Employment Attorney available for a full-time, in-office opportunity to join a BUSY legal team at a global, public state- related research University. If you are ready to take on a challenging role in a rewarding environment, please apply!
Responsibilities/Qualifications:Candidates considered for this role will provide expert guidance on employment law matters and manage a team of legal professionals supporting organizations with over 10,000 employees.Must have substantial experience in employment relations, including compliance, workplace policies, and employee relations.Proven business partner experience is essential for collaborating with various departments to align legal strategies with business objectives.Candidates must be available to work in the office 5 days a week in person, totaling 40+ hours.Strong oral and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to analyze and communicate complex legal issues effectively.Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines are critical for success in this role.Must possess strong technical skills, including familiarity with document management systems, billing systems, and Microsoft Office.
