Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Permanent Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong emphasis on effective communication skills.

As a Permanent Paralegal, you will play an integral role in our legal team, providing essential support to our attorneys in a variety of areas. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
2. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
3. Organizing and maintaining case files and legal databases to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
4. Assisting in the preparation for trials, depositions, and hearings.
5. Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Paralegal position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in the legal industry.
2. A paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education.
3. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal information to a variety of audiences.
