Primary Responsibilities:
This management position involves occasional office work, but you will also be out in the field. Expect frequent jobsite visits, which may include:
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

As the Restoration Production Manager at ServPro of Wilson County, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of restoration projects and managing our dedicated Production/Restoration crews. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, fostering profit growth, developing management talent, and nurturing staff development. This front-line management position empowers you to lead your team toward operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer and Client Management:
- Manage the overall customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize responses to potential customers.
- Develop project scopes and review estimates.
- Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers and clients.
- Project Coordination and Oversight:
- Schedule crews and allocate resources for active projects.
- Coordinate and oversee restoration services with both in-house crews and subcontractors.
- Document and review job files to support services provided.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial and Personnel Management:
- Manage Production/Restoration expenses.
- Oversee equipment and materials (assets).
- Ensure adherence to safe work practices and risk management guidelines.
- Train and recruit Production/Restoration personnel.
- Continuously develop leadership and management skills, as well as restoration expertise.
- Additional Duties:
- Handle any other tasks required by the employer.
- High School Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Industry certifications are highly valued.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations.
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred.
This management position involves occasional office work, but you will also be out in the field. Expect frequent jobsite visits, which may include:
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds independently.
- Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Driving, sitting, and climbing.
- Full-time position: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
- Long hours, evenings, and weekends may be required as needed.
- Rotating On-Call weekend and nights.
