Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a Salesforce architect to provide technical oversight for all new and existing SaaS implementations. Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Role: 2 days onsite from day 1, flexible onsite days) Local candidates ONLY Required Qualifications: Salesforce Experience: Minimum of 5 years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations. Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle (SFDX). Advanced experience in APEX programming, relational databases, and architecture. Azure DevOps Experience: Expertise in Azure DevOps best practices. Understanding of Azure licensing and costing is a plus. Full Lifecycle Implementations: Experience with at least two full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations, leading technical workstreams such as integration, data conversion, or extension development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, C#, and Framework. Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Visual Studio Team Services, and LifeCycle Services. Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 (preferred but not required). Public Sector Experience: Experience working in governmental or public sector environments, with an understanding of behavioral and public health needs. Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
