Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. (MFA), is looking for a full-time

Administrative Assistant

to join us in our Seattle, Washington, office. As an Administrative Assistant you will work on site and assist with day-to-day tasks including deliveries, meeting coordination, and facilities management. You will also work with colleagues throughout all of MFA's offices to produce project deliverables. Every day you will interact both in person and virtually with colleagues and guests to answer their questions, polish MFA's documents to make sure we deliver excellent work to our clients and serve as a trusted resource to not only our Seattle employees but the whole company.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will...

proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, ensuring the accuracy and clarity of final documents. Your design skills will be utilized to create general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, and business plans. In addition, you'll provide in-office support, including greeting guests, and serve as the primary contact for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other office needs. You'll work at our Seattle location, taking quarterly trips to the Bellingham office to assist with onsite needs. Your responsibilities will include running office errands, processing mail and packages, fielding questions to support colleagues, and organizing meetings, travel, conferences, and company activities. You'll also arrange food and beverages for meetings as needed and maintain organized electronic filing systems.

To thrive in this role, you must have...

administrative experience in an office environment and demonstrate maturity in handling sensitive information. You should possess professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Suite, and have a proven ability to learn new technology and systems. The ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing deadlines is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to jump in and help with unfamiliar topics. Additionally, you must have a strong desire to work and communicate with a large team spread across nine offices and remote locations.

Compensation Range:

$53,000 to $80,000
