Information Technology Security Manager

e&e is seeking a Information Technology Security Manager for a onsite contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA The Manager of IT Security will be responsible for the following tasks: Assists with administration of many aspects of the wired and wireless data network and infrastructure. Manages network access control system, Patching, Vulnerability Management, WebApp Scanning, SOCSIEMSOAR, Ransomware Prevention, DLP, etc. Assists in the evaluation and purchase of products and services that improve information technology protection. Actively updates change management documentation and provides management reports; ensure that IT Security drawings and documentation are current. Assists in administration of disaster recovery and business continuity operations. Provide Tier II and Tier III support for staff related to security incidents. Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and general documentation with a focus on Cyber Security. Assists with administering core security systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, Vulnerability Management, WebApp Scanning, SOCSIEM, etc. Collaborates with vendors to evaluate and implement security products and services. Creates monthly reporting and presents to management at the monthly meeting. Help align with industry standards for Compliance. (NISTCIS,ISO) Manages the team of Security Analysts Required Education and Experience Associates degree, or higher in a technology-related field (equivalent training and experience may be considered) 5-7 years of experience administering network and security services with a focus on managing enterprise-level SOCSIEMSOAR capabilities Industry certifications for security professionals (CCNA, Security Network) and server and desktop OS certifications are preferred (equivalent training and experience may be considered). Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (not required) 7 years of experience in IT Security administration services Background in education is beneficial Bi-lingual a plus
