Base Salary : $165,000 annuallyOn-Call Compensation :
Weekdays (Monday-Friday) : $23/hour or $345 for 15 hours (5 PM - 7 AM)Weekends and Holidays : $28.33/hour or $680 for 24 hours (7 AM - 7 AM)Call Back : $105.77/hour
CME Funds : $3,500 for licensure, DEA, medical staff dues, professional memberships, and conference-related expensesCommencement Bonus : $25,000 (paid on the first pay date post-hire, within up to 17 days)Projected Total Compensation : $228,445Schedule:
Work Schedule : Rotating 2 weeks on, 1 week offWeekdays : Generally, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, but may vary based on caseloadWeekends and Holidays : On-call onlyPost-Call : Typically, workdays following an overnight on-call; if the night was busy, the CRNA is the first to be dismissed based on caseload and staffing needsTotal Work Weeks : 34 to 35 weeks per yearUnscheduled Weeks : 17 to 18 weeks per year (for personal time, vacation, CME, and holidays)On-Call Requirements:

Prior independent practice experience preferredProficiency in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesiaComfortable managing anesthesia for obstetrics, adult, and pediatric patientsPrefer at least 3 years of prior experience; new graduates generally not considered due to the independent nature of the anesthesia programJob Highlights:
