**Adecco is** **seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist with a focus on Accounts Payable to join our team. This role involves performing complex administrative tasks, supporting routine accounts payable activities, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. This position offers a competitive pay rate and a hybrid work schedule, with specifics to be discussed during the phone interview.**+ Assignment: Temp to Hire+ Work Hours M-F 8AM to 5PM (subject to change)+ Pay Rate: $22.69 per hour**Responsibilities:**+ **Technical Administrative Support:** Perform a variety of complex technical administrative assignments requiring initiative, judgment, and well-developed knowledge and skills.+ **Accounts Payable Activities:** Support all team members with routine, day-to-day accounts payable activities, including invoice payment processing, researching payments, and resolving issues.+ **Timesheet Management:** Process daily timesheets for the department, including multiple union entities.+ **Purchase Order Processing:** Process purchase order (PO) purchases in a timely manner.+ **Credit Card Reconciliation:** Reconcile credit card statements for all employees in the department.+ **Time Off Tracking:** Track vacation and time off and update calendars accordingly.+ **Contractor Invoicing:** Manage contractor invoicing and tracking.+ **Vehicle Gas Receipt Reconciliation:** Reconcile all vehicle gas receipts for company vehicles in the department.+ **Service Center Maintenance:** Handle general upkeep, material distribution, and mail distribution for the service center.+ **Travel Arrangements:** Book and reservice hotels, vehicles, etc., for all employees in the department.+ **Customer Service:** Provide administrative support to the accounts payable group and deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.+ **Problem-Solving:** Take initiative to solve problems and bring issues to closure. Question established procedures and processes to drive improvement.+ **Teamwork:** Proactively work to ensure knowledge transfer to others and demonstrate a solid commitment to all aspects of safety.**Qualifications:**+ **Education:** High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.+ **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required. Experience in invoice processing, customer service, and administrative support is essential.+ **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP system accounts payable, procurement, and general accounting modules preferred.+ **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal communication skills.+ **Problem-Solving:** Ability to demonstrate a questioning attitude to learn, produce results, and strengthen relationships.+ **Flexibility:** Able to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently on special assignments.+ **Customer Service:** Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, including friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness.+ **Testing Requirement:** Must pass the companys EEI Support and Administrative Selection System (SASS) test.**This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in administrative support and accounts payable to join a dynamic team.
