Overview of the Director of Accounting and Finance role:
- The Director of Accounting and Finance will provide leadership, direction and guidance with respect to finance/accounting departments
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO and CEO
- Support the CFO duties and mentorship by the CFO
- Analyze financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Supervising and overseeing the month-end process
- Support the purchasing department
- Support internal and external audits
Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Accounting and Finance opportunity:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Leadership experience
- M&A experience (+)
- CPA (+)
