Responsibilities

As the Office Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative assistance and support across all departments in the Phoenix corporate office. Daily tasks may include:Front office support tasks: answering phones, scheduling appointments, purchasing supplies, managing mail, office related errands, ordering groceries and lunches, and managing corporate vendors and software accounts.Provide minor IT support and working with the IT department on behalf of the office.Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office space, conference rooms, kitchen, and storage spaces.Schedule flights for new hires and hotel stays.Schedule regular maintenance and maintain records for all company vehicles.Create documents in alignment with brand guidelines.Proactively anticipating needs of the office and solving challenges before they become an issue.Perform additional project work and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree is preferred2+ years of relevant Administrative Assistant work in an office environment experience requiredHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Adobe AcrobatAbility to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: unload and put away groceries, walk around the office, light cleaningMaintain neat, well-groomed, professional appearance.
