The** **Sr.** **Specialist** **stay** **s** **ahead of the latest technologies and trends, and consistently test** **s** **new things to refine the** **paid digital** **strategy based on best performance to achieve** **business unit** **goals.** Salary range: 75-95K ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Define and execute paid digital marketing strategy of moderate/high complexityacross search, display, video, etc. + Measure and report performance of all paid digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) + Collaborate with business unit and digital team on new and creative paid strategies to support growth + Conduct keyword research and optimize across various business units to ensure ads target the appropriate terms + Produce content recommendations for new and existing ads in addition to landing pages + Provide creative direction for video and display assets + Build new campaigns, evaluates performance, and finds opportunities for optimizations in paid search platforms + Assist in training and serve as a lead SEM resource for Digital Marketing Specialists + Work with channel manager and cross-functionally to prioritize paid digital efforts, ensuring priorities are executed in a timely manner + Responsible for presenting paid search performance, strategic optimization and growth opportunities to key stakeholders and leaders + Identify and create plans for implementing process improvements + Demonstrate EPIC values in daily work + Additional duties as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: + This position requires a B.A./B.S. degree and 3-4 years of professional experience or a combination of education, experience and training which provides the necessary background for performing the work.
