Beyond treatment, you’ll provide education and guidance to both patients and caregivers, fostering a sense of empowerment and progress.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized Plans of Care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals.
Educate patients, families, caregivers, and your fellow healthcare team members for lasting success.
Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely manner.
Stay at the forefront of your field with ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for each patient.
What You’ll Bring:
A degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) from an accredited program.
A current Oregon Physical Therapist license.
A minimum of one year of experience (preferred).
BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
