Description
Join an energized and hardworking team of fundraising, marketing and communication, and volunteer engagement professionals seeking to end hunger in Arkansas. The Donor and Organizational Relations Specialist (DORS) will manage relationships with the Foodbank's tier 1 mid-level donors ($1,000 - $5,000) in addition to organizational supporters, including but not limited to faith-based organizations, civic groups, and schools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The (DORS) will be comfortable learning new technology, as well as an eagerness to utilize Arkansas Foodbank software systems. They will possess strong interpersonal skills, a spirit of collaboration and teamwork, and a commitment to hunger relief.

Grow the mid-level giving program to generate sustainable revenue.
Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 mid-level donors, cultivating and stewarding relationships.Build and nurture relationships with organizational supporters, with a focus on faith-based organizations.Identify donors' interests and match them with giving opportunities.Support major donor cultivation alongside the Donor Relations Officer.Present the Foodbank's case for support, preparing materials for solicitations.Maintain confidentiality of donor information.Participate in special events, fund drives, and donor stewardship activities.Manage donor acquisition, renewal, and upgrades for mid-level donors ($1,000 - $5,000).Create personalized communication and engagement plans for donors.Analyze donor data to increase giving and track all donor interactions in the CRM.Oversee partnership management with faith-based organizations, civic groups, and schools.Ensure partnerships align with the Foodbank's mission and objectives.Organize partnership meetings, report outcomes, and identify new opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and meet revenue goals.Attend required meetings, training, and conferences.

Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred for the candidate, however,
other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon approval of management.
•Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or related field preferred.
•2+ years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or nonprofit development.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and organizational partners.
•Proficiency in using donor management or CRM software.
•Analytical skills for donor research and tracking giving patterns.
•Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
•Track record of achieving growing revenue goals
•Experience building a portfolio and increasing value over time
•Valid Arkansas driver's license and proof of insurance required
•Must pass a background check
•Must pass a preemployment drug screening
Salary Description
$24.03 - $26.44 ($50,000 - $55,000)
