Job Description We are seeking a QA Analyst to assist with the development of user stories and technical requirements for process or system solutions and participate in requirements gathering and design sessions to ensure testability of requirements. This position will be full-time and remote. What You'll Do + Assist with the development of user stories and technical requirements for process or system solutions which will span multiple business partners by collaborating with stakeholders and business areas + Participate in requirements gathering and design sessions to ensure testability of requirements + Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices + Identifies potential issues with the business processes, customizations, and other aspects of the Salesforce platform + Participate in the business process reviews for requirement gathering and documentation + Solid understanding of test case management and defect tracking tools + Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements + Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases + Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing + Work with developers and business analysts to resolve issues + Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies + Continuous communication with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications + Identify and report risks and issues that may impact the quality of the application + Conducts various testing methods including functional, regression, integration, and performance + Possesses a proficient understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities specifically, configuration, customization, and integration + Document and report any identified defects or anomalies through structured defect reporting mechanisms by clearly articulating the nature of the issue, steps to reproduce, and expected behavior to facilitate efficient resolution by development teams What You'll Need Required: + Four (4) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in a Salesforce QA role + Four (4) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in automating testing + Three (3) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in Salesforce's Public Sector Solutions dedicated data model + Three (3) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in writing concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases + Three (3) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Three (3) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with Agile Scrum Desired: + SAFE Agile Certification + Certified Salesforce Administrator + Excellent written and verbal communication skills Physical Demands + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 - 8111.
