SAP Application Program Manager (Budget/Planning) at CAI in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job ID Number R3816 Employment Type Part time Worksite Flexibility Remote Job Summary As the SAP Application Program Manager (Budget and Planning), you will be responsible for communicating project progress to stakeholders, ensure compliance with management processes, and provide ongoing support and improvements for program management practices. Job Description We are seeking a SAP Application Program Manager (Budget and Planning) to provide support for SAP Budget and Planning. This role involves developing an understanding of the business environment to make informed decisions, aligning goals with operational strategies, and developing project plans and schedules. This position is part-time, remote, and a long-term contract. What You'll Do + Provide support for SAP Budget and Planning + Develop an understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results + Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies + Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets + Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management + Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met + Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards + Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices + Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes + Work in needed areas to provide application support for the agency's workload demands What You'll Need Required: + Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets + Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management + Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve program and project goals + In-depth knowledge of program management processes and standards, with a commitment to ongoing evaluation and improvement + Ability to provide day-to-day support and make informed decisions to drive results in alignment with operational strategies + Three (3) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas: + SAP Budget and Planning (SBP) + PatternStream + Analysis for Office 2.8 Desired: + SAP Funds Management (FM) + SAP Financial Accounting (FI) Physical Demands + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 - 8111.
