Salesforce Business Analyst at CAI in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job ID Number R3837 Employment Type Full time Worksite Flexibility Remote Job Summary As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business analysis support to CAI customers on small to medium projects. Job Description We are looking for a Salesforce B usiness Analyst to work with Product Support Specialists, Technical Leads, Development Team and Stakeholders to deliver low code, no code, out of the box solutions . This position will be full-time and remote. What You'll Do + Work with Product Support Specialists, Technical Leads, Development Team and Stakeholders to deliver low code, no code, out of the box solutions + Participates in planning sessions with Business Partners, Developers, and Stakeholders to identify dependencies, craft delivery strategies, and involve customers in early, incremental delivery of Saleforce's dedicated data model, Public Sector Solutions + Heavily involvement in planning stages: identify goals and vision, remove impediments and block distractions in order to keep the agile team focused on committed objectives + Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives + Responsible for supporting complex projects/products and programs using pre-existing knowledge, skills, templates, and expertise in various organizational and implementation methodologies + Responsible for concurrently managing multiple projects/products with multiple teams across multiple business areas in a matrixed reporting structure + Assists with removing roadblocks and manages the process and culture to ensure team progress and continuous improvement + Assists Product Owners enact effective backlog grooming techniques; facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, and sprint retrospectives + Proactively address issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow What You'll Need Required: + 5 years of experience as a Salesforce BA working with a software development project team + 2 years of experience with Salesforce's dedicated data model: Public Sector Solutions + 5 years of experience with customer relationship management platforms including Salesforce + 5 years of experience applying Agile Scrum to projects with multiple Scrum teams utilizing a Scrum of Scrums approach + 3 years of previous experience in Project Management or using Agile methodology + 3 years of experience with user story construction, user story estimation, sprint health indicators (burn-down/burn-up), velocity, continuous improvement + 4 years of experience coaching and influencing multi-disciplined and cross-functional teams + 3 years of modern software engineering techniques -Continuous integration, build, deliver, test-driven development & other automated acceptance testing techniques + Scrum Master certification required + Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required as candidate will work with various teams and stakeholders Physical Demands + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 - 8111.
