Investor Lending Consultant
to join our Constructive team.
As the
Investor Lending Consultant
(ILC) you will proactively solicit new mortgage originators to investors of non-owner occupied properties to meet established loan quality and production goals. In this ongoing sales role, you will continually work with referral sources provided by affiliate Fay Servicing or self-generated loan opportunities to assist in short-term financing generally Fix and Flip loan, Refinance and/or Purchase Loan Application Process.
The ILC will also responds to customer inquiries and referrals that are generated from both lead procurement as well as self –sourced referring partners. The ILC conducts interviews with prospective Guarantor(s) in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information. The ILC ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics, complying with all Federal and State compliance policies, and adhering to HMDA requirements.
What you will do for Constructive:
The ILC sets proper expectations with the Guarantor(s ) during the loan application process and responds timely to inquiresEffectively utilize lead management system to properly track and effectively manage leads provided on a daily basisEvaluate loan applications and documentation for creditworthiness, liquid reserves, and net worthMaintains a high level of customer service by clearly communicating terms of loan options, follow up, and always available to answer questionsMaintains and follows compliance policy for Clean Desk Policy and borrower sensitive informationContinues to always learn about new loan programs and product/guideline updatesKnowledge of commercial loan processing, underwriting, and closing proceduresProactively manage loan pipelines and attend internal sales meetingsAttends conferences and workshops to network and expand customer basePerform all job functions in accordance with Constructive Loan’s LLC policies and proceduresWhat you will bring to Constructive:
High school diploma/GED required; College degree preferredDevelop Business Referral Network through prospecting and networking activitiesReview / Analyze credit, financial data, and business structuresDetermine Guarantor(s) financing objectives and goals.Present appropriate loan products and programs and explain guidelinesAbility to utilize pricing sheets, product guidelines, and restrictions and convey accurate information to Guarantor(s)Collect supporting loan documentation as required and provide a complete package for processingKnowledge of business structures like LLC, LP, SP, and others2+ years of residential loan origination experience with an active NMLS license (multiple states preferred)Proven ability to adapt to a changing environment while maintaining a positive mental attitudeStrong sales skills with a proven track recordProficient computer and keyboard aptitude; familiarity with basic Office applicationsHands-On knowledge of the loan origination process
