Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the SEC reporting function. You will interface with personnel at various levels and develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the financial reporting team on drafting and filing all financial documents and SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-K, and 8-Ks.Assist with investor relations deliverables, such as earnings releases and investor presentations.Ensure compliance with XBRL tagging requirements.Support and review the annual proxy and other SEC filings.Perform research of complex technical accounting matters.Conduct research and documentation for the adoption of new standards.Partner with stakeholders to drive SOX program management functions.Mentor, coach, and develop team members.Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and requirementsQualifications:

Extensive experience, ideally a blend of Big 4 public accounting and high-tech industry experience.Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.Experience researching complex accounting matters.Knowledgeable about SOX compliance.Project management skills.Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.CPA or equivalent professional certification required.7+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 public accounting and/or industry experience in a multinational company.

Salary Range

$140,000 - $200,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
