responsibilities:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

SEC Reporting Manager

to play a key role in our financial reporting team. You will oversee the preparation and filing of SEC reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and supporting M&A activities. This position offers the chance to work on complex transactions and be part of an exciting, fast-paced environment. In-office work is required at their Henderson location.

Prepare and file all SEC reports, including 10-Q, 10-K, and other necessary filings in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulationsManage the financial reporting process for M&A transactions, including due diligence and integration activitiesWork closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting, especially in connection with complex transactionsProvide technical accounting expertise on new and existing accounting standards and their impact on SEC reportingLiaise with external auditors to coordinate reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirementsMonitor and implement any changes to SEC reporting standards and ensure compliance with new guidelinesCollaborate with internal teams, including Legal and Investor Relations, to produce earnings releases, investor presentations, and other external communicationsLead and mentor junior team members on financial reporting best practicesMaintain and improve internal controls over financial reportingqualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)4+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in public accounting (Big 4 or Top 10 firm experience preferred)Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting knowledge.Experience with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX complianceStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with senior leadershipProficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systemsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
