Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting Responsibilities:Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K reportsCoordinate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reportingAnalyze complex accounting issues and implement new accounting standardsAssist in the preparation of financial statements and related disclosuresMaintain and improve internal controls over financial reportingSupport investor relations activities and respond to SEC comment letters
Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required3+ years of experience in public accounting or SEC reportingStrong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesEffective communication and interpersonal skills
