Atlanta based Commercial Construction company is seeking a Marketing Consultant to join their team.

Job Details

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing a long-term re-branding strategy for a Commerical Construction company. You will help to enhance our brand, create awareness of the company, initiate and build a culture of excitement all while effectively building our competitive market share. The position offers an opportunity to create a re-branding strategy, create marketing collateral, update a website, write content that can resonate with diverse audiences and work with an amazing Executive Leadership team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Re-Brand Leadership-Lead creative efforts across the company, ensuring brand consistency and impact. Oversee the development of visual and creative assets, maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints and initiatives.

Social Media Marketing-Prioritize and manage social media marketing deliverables, working closely with business development teams.

Marketing Collateral-Oversee the conceptualization and execution of collateral that reflect the brand and appeal to target audiences at Trade Shows and events.

Brand Copywriting and Editing-Develop and edit external communications to align with the brand’s tone and voice. Write and refine content for marketing campaigns, and promotional materials, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

Event Marketing-Support event marketing efforts, including designing event signage, booth layouts, and creating event strategies. Ensure the brand is effectively represented at industry events and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility.

Market Research and Professional Development:-Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors. Update brand strategies based on consumer behavior and market conditions, while engaging in professional development to refine branding efforts.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master’s Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in a marketing role, particularly within re-branding, website design, collateral and/social media marketing.
  • Experience with positioning, and branding in the Commercial Construction industry
  • Proven experience with modern media channels (video, social media, and websites).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience as a Graphic Designer is a plus
  • Skilled in project management, email platforms, website CMS, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and writing skills for external communications and copywriting.
  • Proven experience in the development of successful innovative value propositions
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends
  • Experience with brand positioning and rebranding projects
