Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year

Position Overview: The Controller will be charged with overseeing the financial activities of our organization including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting management, and compliance.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting including billing, AP, A, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Financial reporting & financial statement preparation
• Create and maintain internal controls
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Provide cash flow models both long and short term
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with external audit and tax advisors
• ERP implementation within first year of employment
• Performance and process management of department
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Strong Excel skills
• ERP implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Construction industry accounting leadership
• CPA
