Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our well established team. This is a permanent position that offers an incredible opportunity for a seasoned professional to take their career to the next level. As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee our accounting department's daily operations, ensuring our financial management is accurate and effective. You will work closely with various teams, providing financial information, tools, analysis, and reporting to assist them in their roles. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Lead the process of financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
• Work closely with audit teams to ensure internal controls over financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and other reporting documents.
• Analyze financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of financial management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Knowledge of federal regulation on financial reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly with accounting software and spreadsheet programs.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
