We are seeking a well-experienced professional with deep expertise in commercial real estate finance to lead a new division in a rapidly expanding operation. The primary focus of this role will be raising capital specifically for a debt fund, leveraging extensive network and experience.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess:

• Proven ability to raise capital through accredited investors, family offices, and financial institutions, with a strong emphasis on debt funds.
• Knowledge of senior, mezzanine, non-guaranteed lending, and various mortgage products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to identify prospective leads, as well as to close these opportunities.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance or business.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the real estate fund, debt and equity capital markets, with a focus on raising capital for debt funds.
• Experience in fund management.
• Proven track record of generating new account relationships and leads.
