Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy, including communications, social media, product marketing, graphic design/website, data analytics, and sponsorships.
  • Manage the marketing budget and maintain the calendar of events.
  • Assist with practice development to ensure effective marketing programs across various niche areas.
  • Oversee brand messaging across all external and internal communications.
  • Support business development through activities like pipeline management, lead research, actionable planning, and follow-up.
  • Stay current with new technology trends.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align strategies and tactics.
  • Lead presentations with professionalism and clarity.
  • Create processes to produce consistent, meaningful content (emails, webinars, articles, blogs, whitepapers) from team members.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee necessary suppliers.
  • Train, support, and coach practice leads to maximize their potential.
  • Advocate for active engagement in marketing initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to management.
  • Mentor and assist in the development of a Jr. Marketing Associate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional services marketing experience with a proven ability to lead and execute marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable representing the company at public events and seminars.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), emerging technologies, and media channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Analytical skills to interpret key performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) and quantitative data.
  • Exceptional written communication abilities.

  • High integrity and confidence to build trust with clients and internal teams.
