Finance Director

We are seeking a Finance Director to join our client's leadership team in the healthcare sector. Compensation

$140,000-$160,000/year with performance bonuses.

Hartford, CT (Hybrid - 3-4 days in office).

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Director

Qualifications of the Finance Director

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance, regulations, and reporting.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
