We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to play a vital role in our HR team. In this position, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting a high-performance environment that values quality, productivity, and teamwork. As a key player in our HR department, you will assist with essential administrative tasks, manage filing systems, and help coordinate exciting company events. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and supporting our commitment to employee satisfaction.

Must-Haves:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Human Resources support role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and proficient data entry (50 wpm).
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly and approachable demeanor.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving skills; ability to gather and analyze information to find solutions.
  • Adaptability; quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including mail distribution and inventory management for office supplies.

Assist with filing and eFiling of HR documents for new hires and maintain general HR files.

Cover receptionist duties during breaks and assist guests and vendors.

Support onsite supervisors and managers with HR-related issues, keeping HRBP informed.

Coordinate training events and assist with company events and office decorations.

Adhere to company policies and maintain compliance with all regulations.

Work effectively with diverse teams and communicate constructively.
