The Position:
Our client is looking for a qualified Psychiatrist to join their team. The Psychiatrist's functions as an essential member of multi-disciplinary care team, providing leadership and direction in a team based, client centered approach to treatment and participates in the development of and approval of all care plans. :Licensed Psychiatrist in TexasComfortable Treating all AgesResponsibilities:
4 Days a Week, May Consider 3 DaysUtilize various methods to assess patients, including interviews with the patient, their family, or other relevant individuals.Create a treatment plan tailored to the patient s specific needs, addressing emotional, social, cognitive, developmental, or behavioral disorders.Provide treatment through psychotherapeutic techniques and medications, closely monitoring the effects and adjusting the approach as necessary.Collaborate with the patient s Primary Care Physician and other healthcare professionals.Offer crisis intervention services when required.Document and maintain detailed patient and clinical records, noting the treatment provided and medications prescribed.Stay current with professional knowledge by reading relevant publications, attending educational seminars, and engaging in professional networks.Adhere to ethical, legal policies, procedures, and professional standards.Apply HERE or Send CV to
