Desktop O365 Administrator

On Site Position located in Littleton, Colorado

  • $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and education.

Our client is seeking a dedicated, confident, and analytical Desktop - Microsoft Office 365 Administrator. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of desktop administration and Microsoft Office 365, demonstrated through examples of past work.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Administering and supporting Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and tablets, including provisioning with Microsoft Intune MDM.
  • Managing company-provided mobile devices and troubleshooting hardware/peripherals (e.g., printers, headsets).
  • Maintaining a computerized inventory of all desktop-related equipment.
  • Collaborating with internal and external IT Infrastructure support teams in both remote and office settings.
  • Communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
  • Delivering updates and modifications related to desktop and Microsoft O365 independently, utilizing the IT Change Management process.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving of IT-related desktop and O365 software and hardware issues.
  • Identifying, processing, and organizing substantial amounts of information and data, often limited or incomplete.
  • Prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously and managing day-to-day endpoint issues.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent IT Infrastructure experience.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience as a desktop and Microsoft Office 365 administrator.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Kanban project management environments.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and business writing skills.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work after normal business hours as needed.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with hybrid Active Directory environments (both on-prem and cloud-based Entra [Azure] AD).
  • Experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2012/2016/2019/2022).
  • Competence in desktop-based VPN and antivirus software.
  • Knowledge of Dell (or similar) server hardware, Ubiquiti UniFi wireless access points, and Cisco networking hardware/software.
