We’re seeking a talented IT Desktop Administrator to help maintain and enhance our technology infrastructure while mentoring teammates and contributing to a collaborative work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative team dedicated to supporting both technical and operational functions, helping us achieve success and growth.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain enterprise desktop applications to ensure system stability and performance, including updates to essential components, software distribution, client health monitoring, and disaster recovery strategies.Mentor teammates, providing training and knowledge transfer to enhance team capabilities.Assist in the support and asset management of company-owned hardware (workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, etc.).Identify and resolve system issues, propose solutions, and perform preventative maintenance as needed.Support workstation repairs and provide ongoing hardware maintenance.Develop and enforce IT standards and compliance benchmarks, contributing to an organized and secure infrastructure.Oversee software package installations, provide regular status updates, and troubleshoot any issues.Support iOS devices and other mobile platforms as required, leveraging Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems such as Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.Document and update system records, desktop procedures, disaster recovery plans, and user guides.Share responsibility for managing and maintaining the desktop infrastructure across the organization.Follow established change management protocols and outline clear steps for implementation.Provide support for multifactor authentication (MFA) technologies.Required Skills & Competencies:Expertise in creating policies and standards to maintain technical and application infrastructure.Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently to meet objectives.Ability to work proficiently with O365, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.Flexibility to work weekends and overnight hours when required.Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week in Irvine, CA.Minimum Education:BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent technical training, or a combination of education and relevant experience.Certifications (Desired):MCP, MCSE, or any relevant Microsoft certifications, including but not limited to:Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity FundamentalsMicrosoft Certified: Security Administrator AssociateMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertExperience Requirements:Minimum of 5 years experience troubleshooting hardware issues with desktops and laptops.Experience supporting iOS devices and managing mobile device environments.Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as AD, Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Windows OS installation/configuration.Familiarity with application packaging and delivery, as well as Modern Desktop Administration.If you’re passionate about fitness, technology, and helping others succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment, apply today to join our team!
