Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking a friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Skillman, NJ. We are currently in search of part-time Administrative Assistant to work at the front desk in our healthcare building evenings, weekends, and some holidays.At Springpoint, our Concierge is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors and residents, and performing receptionist duties and providing administrative support functions to various departments as needed.
Responsibilities:Process incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner. Handle phone messages and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.Perform general reception duties including greeting visitors, informing staff that guests are here, and responding to inquiries in a courteous manner.Assist direct supervisor with ongoing and special projects as requested with minimum supervision as neededInteract with staff professionally and patiently.Word process general correspondence.Proof-read all work for grammar, punctuation, and spelling as needed.Assure that the reception area is clean, uncluttered, and safe and that necessary equipment and supplies are maintained to perform required duties.Education and Experience:
Experience in a hospitality customer service role preferred.Experience in Microsoft Word and ExcelBenefits:

Pay rate: $15.50 - $16.00 / hr
