JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Summary Responsible for the administration, support and maintenance of critical software applications within key business units of the credit union. In partnership with business units, analyzes, documents, designs and develops system enhancements to improve the user experience. Ensures optimal application performance. Expected Outcomes New software application deployments and integrations meet all business requirements and are completed on time. End users receive a timely response and accurate resolution when requesting support. This increases employee productivity and confidence in our services. Emerging technologies and trends are researched, monitored, and evaluated; prudent recommendations are made to improve business processes and member experience. Organizational efficiency and knowledge retention are improved through the creation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation Strong relationships are fostered with internal and external partnersto ensure alignment with key stakeholders. Communication is prompt and clear. Best practices are leveraged, resulting in a secure, efficient, and stable operating model. Capability Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field One year or more of applicable professional experience. Critical thinking skills to be able to break down projects and assignments to fully understand their scope, dependencies and business value. Ability to then develop methodologies for successful implementation of said projects and assignments. Ability to identify and analyze business problems and define the scope of activities required to address the issues, including requirement definition, process review, impact assessment and operational streamlining where appropriate. Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. Experience developing process documentation, and user and training guides Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Professional, well-developed verbal and written communication skills essential for positive interactions with employees and members.
