SummaryDeliver a repeatable, predictable, and secure endpoint experience for all credit union employees regardless of OS or device type, whether physical, virtual or cloud based. Implementing a high degree of automation to promote efficiency and continuous adoption of modern operating management techniques. Maintaining a secure environment through a rigorous patching and controls program around all endpoints, networks and network attached devices. Recommends and implements improvements to endpoint architecture and design. Responsibilities include solution design, engineering and support, project delivery, problem resolution and operational support across the credit union. Responsible for ensuring execution and adherence to maintaining a secure and optimized infrastructure.Expected OutcomesDatabase of enterprise technology assets is accurate and dynamically updatedInnovative technology solutions are recommended and implemented; solutions contribute to strategic IT and business goalsCo-workers have a positive technology experience, enabling them to efficiently perform their dutiesSupport tickets are actively monitored, addressed, and resolved.Individual and team goals are achieved.Communications are clear, transparent, and explain the "why" when sharing changesTeam demonstrates a commitment to root cause analysis and resolution of issues.Touchless provisioning for new endpoint devices is established and maintained, utilizing enterprise automation tools for hands-free deployment, administration, and revocation.Security patching, software deployment, and configuration changes across all supported operating systems are automated.Compliance with established policies and procedures is ensured, maintaining the integrity of the asset inventory.Endpoint vulnerabilities are remediated and reported on in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding organizational guidelines.Documentation standards are developed and maintainedGroup Policy for endpoints and end-user experience is managed effectively.Metrics on team performance and system effectiveness are developed and published, supporting a culture of transparency.

Capability RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Demonstrated strong technical acumen through technical certification.Four years or more of relevant IT experience; or combination of applicable work experience and educationWorking knowledge of Windows enterprise management tools such as SCCM, and various imaging and software deployment tools.Working knowledge of Azure, Active Directory and management techniques for both on-prem and cloud environments.Working knowledge of various VDI technologies including Citrix and VMWare and services like Azure desktopWorking knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Collaboration tools.Admin understanding of task or Scrum tools such as Jira or ServiceNowVulnerability Management experience and IT asset management experience.Professional well developed interpersonal skills essential for professional interactions with all levels of credit union staff under normal and adverse circumstances.Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Requires detailed, team-oriented working style with the ability to apply critical thinking to resolve problems in new situations.Previous experience documenting complex workflows and transforming into automated solutions.Knowledge of data security practices and procedures.
