Senior Financial Analyst

Pay Range:
$85,000 - $100,000 / Annually
Purpose
The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key member of the corporate FP&A Team and act as a strategic partner to senior management. The successful candidate will lead efforts to support the Retail, Corporate, and MGA business units in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. This position will interface directly with Retail, Corporate, and MGA executive management
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for financial reporting including monthly reports relied upon by the Corporate Executive Leadership Team and Sales Leadership Team
Partner with FP&A manager during budgeting and forecasting process with potential for business segment responsibility
Expense management by partnering with operations leadership to understand and manage expense line items
Create dynamic models to automate and streamline forecasting
Partner with FP&A manager on process improvements to improve company efficiency
Partner with the BI&A team to assist with data integrity analysis and maintenance in our Tableau work environment
Assist in monthly close variance analysis
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentation material for the Corporate Executive Leadership Team
Perform ad hoc projects for Retail and Corporate executives on an as-needed basis
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Advanced Excel skills required; Advanced financial modeling experience a plus
Experience with OneStream or Oracle EPBCS and Tableau preferred
Retail, Insurance, or MGA experience a plus
Must be a team player and eager to put in extra effort
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively
Well-organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
