Business Planning Sr. Analyst - InsuranceAon Private Risk Management (APRM) designs, implements, and services customized personal risk management strategies for High-Net-Worth individuals and families.The Business Planning Senior Analyst is responsible for initial and ongoing agency management system support and training for all Aon Private Risk Management users. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeJob Responsibilities:+ Provides initial and ongoing Agency Management System training and Carrier Admin duties to all APRM users+ Audits APRM staff on key areas of Nexsure Procedure utilization in accordance with the Audit Schedule (Client set up, policy setup, Assignments, Action & Attachment Documentation/Follow-up, Data Integrity, QDR-Compliance, and Surplus Lines)+ Evaluates and updates workflows for Agency Management System+ Identifies and implements operation efficiencies to help drive profitability+ Reviews and updates SharePoint content Quarterly (APRM Phone Lists, Carrier Info, Commissions, Workflows, Best Practices, etc.) and updates APRM Email distribution lists and Nexsure Licenses (Monthly)+ Monitors APRM Training Emails and ensure that they are answered in accordance with our workflows and within 24 hrs.Skills and experience that will lead to success+ 5 years experience with Personal Lines Insurance+ Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint+ Proficiency with Excel including Pivot Tables and Macros+ Nexsure experience is a preferred+ Proficient in expressing ideas and information with clarity and precision (both verbally and in writing)+ Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task+ Training experience preferred+ Some travelEducation: Bachelors degree or equivalent years of industry experience.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
