Plan out complex marketing calendars for a year in advanceWrite engaging outreach emails that resonate with our target professional audiencesCoordinate social activities company-wide, particularly focused on engagement on LinkedInManage an advanced funnel of leads, ensuring regular communicationTest and measure new outreach and marketing strategies for list building and conversionWork closely with company leadership to develop and execute growth strategiesUse data to inform growth decisions, continually optimizing for successWhat You Have:
5-7+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related fieldProven track record in designing and implementing successful growth strategiesProficient in major digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to write engaging outreach emailsHigh emotional intelligence and intuitionDetail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with dataAbility to thrive in a fast-growing startupWhat We Offer:
