Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated
Mid-Level Associate
to join their
Business Litigation
practice group in
Seattle .
Candidate Profile:
JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Washington.
3-5 years of substantive
litigation experience , with
at least two years in a law firm setting .
Judicial clerkship
experience is
preferred
but not required.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience managing large and complex litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.
Handle sophisticated litigation matters with a team of experienced attorneys, collaborating both locally and nationally.
Provide legal counsel in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

$260,000 to $365,000
annually, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. The firm provides a
