from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in Washington.3-5
years of substantive
litigation experience , with
at least two years in a law firm setting .Judicial clerkship
experience is
preferred
but not required.Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience managing large and complex litigation matters.Key Responsibilities:Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.Handle sophisticated litigation matters with a team of experienced attorneys, collaborating both locally and nationally.Provide legal counsel in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.Why Join?This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range from
$260,000 to $365,000
annually, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. The firm provides a
