36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time
Flexible hours to accommodate work life balance
6 weeks of vacation annually
Office is located at 1331 Minnich Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46774
Office is located on the East side of Fort Wayne, with easy access to Interstate 469.Clinical support consists of RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants.Current office providers are 3 physicians and 2 APP'sEasy access to specialty careFully integrated EMR system
Monday-Friday

8am - 5pm
With the potential for extended hoursOpportunity for 4- or 5-day work week
