The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.Mandatory Requirements:
Superior leadership and management capabilities with the experience to effectively communicate organizational vision and align employee and program performance to the mission, including prior experience as a senior leader in the ODNI or an IC element.Superior leadership in strengthening IC partnerships with foreign partners, the private sector, DoD, Liaison, FSLTT, and academic partners to promote a more sophisticated and integrated understanding of intelligence.Proven record of integrating across the IC's existing partnerships with DoD, foreign partners, and allies.Expert ability to generate IC-wide performance metrics, coordinate, and integrate execution of implementation plans; oversee change management processes.Proven record of applied leadership success in building teams, leading change, managing resources, developing the workforce, and working effectively with others in a diverse, complex, and evolving environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and representational skills, including the ability to exert influence with senior leadership and communicate effectively at all staff levels, both internal and external to the organization.Experience managing personnel and budgetary resources above the first line component level.Experience supervising and providing strategic direction to first line (branch-level) supervisors or managers.Flexible work location, including willingness for local travel between ODNI buildings, may be required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area required.
