Senior Financial Operations Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the Market CFO, the Sr. Financial Operations Analyst will be a strategic partner supporting finance and clinic operations. The successful candidate will provide financial and analytical support for Georgia practices around reporting and support for management decisions. This position will be a high-profile position interacting with all levels of management and physicians in the organization. The position will prepare monthly financial reports for month end close and senior-level reporting requirements for monthly operating reviews (MORs). The position will have exposure to many facets of the business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to support each essential function satisfactorily.
•Analyze revenue, volume, expense, and productivity trends by site, service line, and provider
•Compile monthly and quarterly KPIs and financial operating results and work with the finance and operations teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variances and trends
•Provide financial analytical support to site managers, regional directors, and senior management
•Perform actual to budget variance analysis and develop projections to provide financial analyses to support operations and management decisions
•Develop and maintain models/proformas to evaluate financial results for new service lines, equipment purchases, and de novo offices
•Manage the monthly MOR process by working with operations and finance teams to gather information on KPIs, operations and financial operating results
•Using the data warehouse, build dashboards and reports suing Sigma and Power BI to support finance and operations teams
•Serves as lead for annual budget process for Georgia market practices
•Perform ad-hoc analysis and other duties as directed

KEY COMPETENCIES:Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage large data sets and write complex formulasAdvanced Power Point skills with the ability to build Executive-level reporting packagesExperience using NetSuite a plusExperience using a data warehouse and analytical tools to create reports and dashboardsExperience using Power BI or similar analytical tools to build reports and dashboardsBachelors degree required, Masters Degree preferred3+ years of overall professional experience; Healthcare experience preferredExperience working with Workday, Snowflake, and other business intelligence reporting systemsExcellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholdersStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects/priorities in achieving expected results
