Military
veterans
are welcome!Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related)
driving experience is a plus,
but not mandatoryAs we grow, other roles within the company may become availableSuccessfully handle and
deliver
packages
on timeSafely
drive and perform safety
inspections
on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policiesProvide
excellent customer service
and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace
in
physically demanding
job; work in all
weather
conditions;
lift
packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locationsCommunicate effectively
with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse
smart phone device
for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersLoad and unload packages in delivery vehicleSupport the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routesBenefits & Scheduling:
Pay rate is 21.25/hour per / hour
(paid weekly)10-hour shifts are typical (may vary on route)4-day workweek (40 hours)
is typicalSchedule for FT Team Members work (4) ten hour shifts per week, PT (2) to (3) ten hour shifts allowing for more personal time;
One weekend day Saturday or Sunday is mandatory and required
for scheduling.Expect daytime shiftA minimum of 2 paid 15-minute
breaks

Must be
at least 21 years oldMust hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's licenseAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a

clean motor vehicle report
(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /
communication
