Private Investigative insurance industry experience required.
Minimum 2 years in the field as a surveillance investigator required.
Work with Assistant Vice President of Operations and/or Director of Surveillance to evaluate service line performance and develop strategies to ensure performance standards are met or exceededRepresent the company in a professional manner at all times, focusing on communication and appearanceWork well in a rapid paced environmentDaily results communicated to clients by telephone and emailDaily communication with field staff by telephone and emailDaily communication with senior management by telephone and emailElectronic assignment document reviewAnalysis of client requests and objectivesInstructions of client assignment and objectives summarized for investigatorInvestigator case assignment done electronically in scheduling softwareAssignment details and related documents distributed to investigator electronicallyManagement of client budget authorization in relation to work conductedKnowledge and direction of investigator activity and decisionsClient expectation managementResult reporting to clients via email and phoneInvestigator motivation and leadershipInvestigator accountability managementInvestigator report reviewOccasional field work both independently and with investigatorsClient instruction review and adherenceInvoice calculation and creationInvoice approval if completed by administrative staffEmployee availability managementEmployee overtime managementEmployee performance reviews and compensation managementOccasional client face to face meetings/lunches/dinners/eventsOccasional association meetings/eventsWeekly attendance (phone/video) at staff meetingsInvestigator weekly timesheet approvalResponsibility for investigator legal complianceMonitor/Coordinate Investigators Travel & ExpenseRepresent Company/Client in court and/or legal proceedingsFinancial Responsibilities and Measurable Performance GoalsThe salary range is $55,000 - $75,000.

Knowledge and Skills:Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus)Ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionallyStrong computer and internet skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing prioritiesMinimum of 5 years experience in a related roleAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCareful attention and commitment to accuracy and detailStrong organizational & prioritization skillsGoal oriented and comfortable working with metricsAbility to model behaviors that reflect Frasco's core valuesMinimum Qualifications:

Must reside in Pacific Time Zone
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and location. This is a Full-Time Salaried/Exempt Position.
