RE/MAX Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst for the FP&A team. The purpose of this position is to independently lead the short- and long-term financial planning and analysis for key business segments. This scope includes detailed annual budget creation and preparation of ongoing forecasts, and ensuring effective financial reporting and collaboration across multiple levels of cross-functional management. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the ownership of timely, accurate analysis and communication of insights to provide meaningful narratives that drive strategic decision-making across the company. Other responsibilities will include supporting the broader Strategic Planning & Development department and Executive Leadership through ad-hoc modeling and analysis, and continuous collaboration with a variety of business partners to deliver accurate forecasts and insightful storytelling.

Essential Duties:

Develop and foster effective business relationships across the organization through proactive engagement to ensure accurate financial forecasts and enhanced company-wide financial awareness, acting as an internal collaborator to improve the organization's operational efficiencySupport the annual planning and budget process, as well as the rolling forecast process throughout the year, partnering with cost center owners to capture up-to-date line-item and vendor detail, while providing value by finding opportunities for the organization to improve top-line results and expense savingsConduct monthly variance analysis between forecast, budget, and actuals to measure performance, then research and document the root cause of variances, and lead solutions to resolve issues at the sourcePrepare and communicate monthly financial reports and dashboards which provide timely information for leadership and stakeholders across the organization, identifying and summarizing key drivers of financial performance and trendsParticipate in the development of new templates and reportsAssist with preparation of presentations of financial results, contributing thoughtful analysis and building well-presented slides that can convey complex information through simple insights and storiesBuild complex financial return models and analyses, collecting data and using modeling best practices to test scenarios, run sensitivities and draw conclusions; then maintaining models to monitor progress towards results and measure accountabilityEvaluate the financial implications of new business cases and strategic initiatives, informing recommendations to maximize results and influence business decisionsConduct ad-hoc projects and analyses as determined by executive leadershipMaintain a strong understanding of the ongoing financial performance for all areas of the organization, achieving an expert level of functional knowledge of the business, including deep understanding of RE/MAX policies and proceduresAnticipate risks or potential roadblocks, then develop and recommend processes to mitigate risks or solve issuesFacilitate process improvement wherever possible, striving to improve ongoing efficiency and accuracy of forecasting, and leading the innovation of new ideasContribute a willingness and desire to challenge the status quo when appropriate, asking sharp questions and providing recommendationsServes as subject matter expert on areas of ownership and the "go-to" point of contact for financial questions pertaining to suchQualifications & Skills:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldRequired: 4+ years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst in a corporate finance role, with FP&A experience around budgets, in-depth forecasting, and financial modelingPrefer a candidate with demonstrated experience partnering with a range of internal organizations, leveraging data and metrics to inform ongoing financial performance as well as help shape business decisionsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills requiredExperience with Oracle/Hyperion and PBCS a plusWorking knowledge of Tableau or SQL a plusDetailed understanding of financial statements and GAAP accounting with the ability to analyze the components thereofStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralPresentable, confident speaker, with the ability to articulate information directly to senior leadership using appropriate data visualization to clearly share insightsPossesses strong judgement, can maintain confidentiality and be a reliable team player, contributing to an environment of trust and learningHighly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneouslySalary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location.This position is eligible for an annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) grant in Restricted Stock Units. All equity grants are made at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package.Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
