Position Overview:
The Baltimore Orioles are seeking a Brand Insights Analyst to assist with Sales and Marketing insights. The ideal candidate will leverage data and analytics to drive strategic brand decisions and enhance customer experiences. This position reports to the Senior Director of Business Strategy & Analytics, but will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Product, and Ticketing to provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities :Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, including purchasing patterns, preferences, and motivations to understand their needs and expectations.Develop and refine audience segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to enhance targeting and personalization in sales campaigns.Develop and implement customer, fan, and brand research initiatives, including post-purchase surveys, post-event evaluations, season-long studies, standalone research, and focus groups.Generate reports, presentations, and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to provide data-driven insights that support the development of effective marketing and sales strategies.Continuously monitor, track, and evaluate marketing and sales campaigns to measure their impact on consumer behavior and make data driven recommendations for improvement.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative approaches to consumer insights.Qualifications :
Degree in and/or master's degree in marketing, business analytics, mathematics, economics, consumer behavior or related fieldMinimum of (2) years working in advertising, consumer research, marketing or business intelligence requiredExperience with consumer behavior methods and tools such as Qualtrics requiredExperience with SQL and/or statistical programming languages such as R, Python requiredMotivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicSelf-starter capable of working independently as a project managerChallenge oriented problem solver

The anticipated salary for this role is $75,000-$90,000 annually depending on experience.
