Position Overview:

The Baltimore Orioles are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to both the President and the General Manager. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, independent judgment and discretion in assessing options/courses of conduct, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. In addition, the Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for members of the Ownership Group for needs related to the team. A high level of discretion and professionalism is essential.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

Prioritize, manage and maintain the schedules of the President and General Manager, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Create and submit expense reports.Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications and mail on behalf of the President and General Manager.Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Ownership Group Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact for members of the ownership group, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.Autonomously coordinate meetings and events involving the ownership group, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.Support the development and preparation of reports and presentations for ownership group meetings.

Gameday Support:

Provide logistical and administrative support on gamedays, as required, including nights and weekends as required.Facilitate utilization of the Ownership Suite and associated ticket requests.Assist with the coordination of special events and activities related to gamedays on behalf of Ownership.Ensure smooth operation of executive-level activities during games.

Project Management:

Assist in the researching, developing, planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the President and General Manager.Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure timely completion of projects.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, ownership group, and business partners.Represent the President and General Manager in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience as an executive assistant to C-level executives, or in a similar role.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience engaging directly with senior leadership across public and private sectors.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Fluency in Spanish preferred.Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.Personal Attributes:

High level of professionalism and integrity.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.Advanced computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The anticipated salary for this role is $90,000- $100,000 annually depending on experience.
