Job Title: Registered Nurse - Step Down Job Specialty: RN Step Down Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM-07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: [Information Not Provided] Experience: [Information Not Provided] License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: [Any specific requirements not provided] Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a 30-bed telemetry unit.- Primarily care for procedural cardiac patients and vascular surgery patients.- Manage a unit with 9 beds capable of flexing to a Step Down Unit level of care.- Care for patients undergoing vascular surgery such as carotid and bypass procedures.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Monitor and interpret telemetry data accurately to guide patient treatment plans.- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.- Execute clinical interventions and provide health education.- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
