Over 5 years of experience in supporting IAM systems in production environments, including identity governance and privilege access controls.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Linux, networking (TCP/IP), and information security. Familiarity with IAM application server installations on Red Hat Linux.Database Knowledge:
Experience with databases such as Oracle, IBM, and MS SQL.ITIL Framework:
Well-versed in ITIL practices for service management.Scripting Skills:
Experience writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts for Active Directory automation.Job Description:Summary:The IAM Production Support Analyst is a senior-level technical role responsible for the implementation and administration of Active Directory and IAM systems. This includes managing IAM applications, databases, and ensuring secure authentication services.Essential Functions:Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) data, user accounts, security groups, and organizational units (OUs).Support and maintain IAM technology solutions, ensuring high availability and security.Collaborate in problem-solving during triage and service restoration, identifying root causes and facilitating permanent fixes.Troubleshoot application performance issues, analyze logs, and deploy code.Document operational functions within the IAM environment.Job Duties:Provide 24/7 production support, including on-call availability.Escalate and resolve high-priority requests and issues.Conduct periodic audits of AD data for compliance.Follow best practices for securing AD environments, including role-based access control (RBAC).Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to team members.Participate in projects and continuously refine workflows to meet operational goals.Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with IT and business personnel.Additional Qualifications:Experience with identity and access management components, directory services, workflow, security, and compliance.Ability to autonomously plan and execute operational needs across the IAM domain.
