Our client, a go-to powerhouse in construction excellence is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team! The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller and is responsible for maintaining accurate financial information for the company. This is a full-time onsite role with an annual salary starting at $100,000.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the corporate accounting department to ensure all reporting is accurate and timelyPrepare monthly financial statements, performance reporting, and analysisTreasury management and month-end close, including approval of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport ADP implementation while overseeing weekly payroll processesManage tax compliance and reportingSupport external auditsManage a team of direct reports responsible for cash management, financial statement preparation, accounts payable and receivable, and payrollAssist Controller on business and project forecasts
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3-5 years of construction industry experienceStrong Excel user with an ability to use pivot tables and vlookupPrior supervisory experience in managing a team and developing employees is strongly preferredExperience with ADP and process improvements/implementations is a plusStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAble to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently with a high volume of outputDetail-oriented and strong organizational habitsSelf-driven to complete continuous improvement initiatives and support ongoing learning
